Early Man
The first form of humans began in 4,000,000 BCE: Australopithecus Afarensis. Humans continued to evolve and there were many more stages of early people, each nicknamed for a new or key ability they had.
All of these forms of people existed during the Paleolithic Era, otherwise known as "Old Stone Age." The Paleolithic Age lasted for 2 million years. When the Paleolithic Age ended a new time began: The Neolithic Age, or the New Stone Age. This new time started when people began to farm and domesticate animals.
